Decorative Arts as Used in Early America, 1650-1840 |
|
Here at The Antiquarium, we are long-time seasoned specialists in decorative arts and artifacts used in early America. You can expect to find a wide variety of "everyday" objects from the many facets of life long ago . . . many items rarely seen anywhere, especially as a group in one shop. We are proud to have served as a great source for collectors, dealers, and institutions for over 30 years. Our material is well represented in collections from the northeast to the midwest. We build collections with objects we like well enough to collect ourselves. We are always interested in purchasing early items of merit and historical interest as seen here and in our ads. We have purchased many collections over the years, and welcome all opportunities with a prompt and confidential response. |

Stringent guidelines are always followed in our selection of objects. Items are chosen, using our vast background, for their good condition, interesting or historical merit, and original character of age and use. We stand behind our research and condition disclosures on each piece. All items are guaranteed by us – as represented. When traveling to New England, we encourage you to visit our shop and enjoy our aesthetically pleasing arrangements of unusual early and historical objects here at The Antiquarium. We are members of the Antiques Dealers' Association of America and The New Hampshire Antiques Dealers Association. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. |
